Risks

Values move. Collectible prices can fall as well as rise, and past prices do not predict future value. You may sell for less than you paid, or not find a buyer.
Not an investment product. Nicest items are physical collectibles. We don't give investment advice, and items are not covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme.
PAV is not a price promise. PAV is a conservative value used to calculate fees. It is not an offer to buy and not a valuation for any other purpose.
Dormancy. If an item has no sale or renewal for 5 years, a reclaim fee applies; after 10 years the item may be sold (Token Terms A12A).
Technology. Smart contracts, blockchains and wallets can fail or be attacked. Our contracts [have / have not yet] been independently audited. If you lose access to your wallet we cannot recover it.
Custody. Items are held by [interim custodian] and insured, but delivery takes time and costs money, and import duties may apply.
Regulation. Rules for digital assets are changing and could affect how Nicest works.
