What is demo mode?
This site is running in demo mode. Prices, balances and trades are simulated on a private ledger and nothing here is a real offer to buy or sell. Every new account gets 25,000 demo USDC, and you can top it up once a day from your wallet page.
To try selling, accepting bids, renewing and taking delivery, choose “Explore as the demo collector” when you sign in.
Account and wallet
How do I sign in?
With your email address or your own wallet (WalletConnect, MetaMask, Coinbase Wallet, Rabby or another browser wallet). An email account can follow items straight away; we ask you to connect a wallet the first time you buy, bid or sell.
How do I add funds?
Open Wallet and choose Add funds. You can buy USDC with a card through our onramp partner, or send USDC on Base to your wallet address.
Can I use more than one wallet?
Yes. Add another wallet in Wallet or Settings. One wallet is primary: it holds items you buy and receives sale proceeds.
I lost access to my wallet
We can’t recover keys or reverse transactions. If you signed in with email, sign in again with the same email to reach your wallet.
Buying and selling
What does a bid cost?
Nothing beyond the bid itself. Your bid is held in escrow and returned if it’s cancelled, expires, or isn’t accepted.
Why can’t I cancel my bid?
Bids can only be cancelled 24 hours after being placed. That stops spam bids and lets sellers rely on them.
Why was I asked to verify my identity?
Identity checks are required before every delivery, and before buying or bidding once your trading in any 30 days goes above $10,000.
Who pays the fee?
The seller, out of the proceeds: 3% of the higher of the sale price and PAV.
Taxes and delivery
Do I pay tax?
You’re responsible for your own taxes. Import taxes and duties on delivery are payable by you.
Where can you deliver?
Anywhere we can legally ship to, except restricted countries. Shipping is insured and priced by destination.
